Today with Facebook, Friendster and My Space social networking sites it is easier than ever
to keep in touch with high school friends. However, if you find that you have not had any
contact with good high school friends you should think about reconnecting. It could be quite
awkward at first to meet up with someone that you have not seen for years, but the experience
is well worth the effort. By building this website, I hope that this will be the start of
reconnecting to all of our old high school friends and cherish all those memories we had.
Although we should return to high school memories when we meet with our old friends,
it is also important to be true to who we are. People who stay in the mold of their high
school years tend not to grow in any positive way. Don't be ashamed to represent our
personality to our old friends, even if it has changed a bit since we last saw them. We
can still be good friend even if we have changed a bit. High school can be a superficial
time but our reunion with old friends does not need to be. Let us be ourselves and our
old friends will enjoy who we have become.
